We strive to provide accurate information about our products, including descriptions, images, and pricing. While we aim for perfection, minor errors may occur. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any product or service without liability.

Company Rights:

All content, including logos, text, image logos, and graphics, is the property of Daily Box Packing. We have the authority to protect our rights. You cannot reproduce, rewrite, or make copies of our products or images without our explicit permission. Otherwise, we will take legal action in case of any mishap.

Customer Content:

We are responsible for protecting your logo, text, image logos, and graphics. Your details will be kept secure, and no data will be shared with third parties except for payment processing. If you share data with another party, we are not responsible for any mishaps. Please be aware that we are not responsible for any misleading information on our website. If you notice any errors, please email us at admin@dailyboxpackaging.com, and we will review the issue.

Production Method:

1. Place your order on our website.
2. Share your design with us. If you don’t have a design, we will provide one for free.
3. Your design will go to press after your approval.
4. We will ship your order.

Lamination Liability:

We guarantee the quality and integrity of our lamination services. While minor imperfections may occur due to the nature of the lamination process, we ensure that all laminated products meet industry standards. We will replace any defective items promptly.

Errors and Cancellations:

We are not liable for errors in spelling, grammar, fonts, dielines, cropping marks, cracks in folds, overprinting, or finished product size. Colors must adhere to CMYK color code standards. Once you approve the color based on screen proofing, we are not liable for any color discrepancies during production.

Payment Method and Cancellation Policy:

We trust our customers and ensure secure payments. All payments are processed in USD (US Dollars). Upon receiving full payment approval within 24 hours, we will begin processing your order. Payment covers shipment and tax charges. You can cancel your order within 4 hours of payment approval without any charges. After 4 hours, a cancellation fee of 5% will be applicable. Once production begins, a cancellation fee of 30% will be incurred. Please note that cancellations requested after 24 hours may not be guaranteed.

Shipment Conditions:

Daily Box Packing offers two types of shipments: Air freight and ground shipping. Ground shipping may take 10-15 business days, while air shipment takes 4-6 business days. We provide tracking codes and online shipment platforms for easy tracking. We are not responsible for damages during shipment. Additional charges will apply if you provide an incorrect address.
